Note on dry cell batteries
• Make sure that the 0 and 9 marks are correctly
aligned.
• Do not mix the different types of batteries, or an old
battery with a new one.
• To prevent the risk of electrolyte leakage or explosions,
never recharge the batteries, apply heat to them, or
take them apart.
• When not using the batteries, remove them to prevent
needless battery wear.
• If liquid leaks from the batteries, wipe thoroughly to
remove.

HOLD switch
Release HOLD before use to activate the buttons.
When not using the unit, set HOLD to the hold position.

Accidentally pressed buttons will not function.

Turning on and off
Set POWER to ON to turn on the power.
After listening, set POWER to OFF to turn off the power.

To turn on the back light of the display
Press LIGHT. It lights for about 10 seconds.

Remarque sur les piles sèches
• Vérifiez que les polarités (0, 9) sont bien respectées.
• Ne mélangez pas différents types de pile, ou des piles
neuve et ancienne.
• Pour éviter tout risque de fuite d'électrolyte ou
d'explosion, ne rechargez jamais les piles, ne les
chauffez pas et ne les démontez pas.
• Quand vous n'utilisez pas les piles, retirez-les pour
éviter toute usure inutile.
• Si du liquide fuit des piles, éliminez-le totalement en
l'essuyant.
PREPARATIFS

Libérez HOLD avant l'utilisation pour activer les touches.

Quand vous n'utilisez pas l'appareil, réglez HOLD à la

Les touches pressées par inadvertance seront
inopérantes.
Mise sous/hors tension
Réglez POWER sur ON pour mettre l'appareil sous
tension.
Après l'écoute, réglez POWER à OFF pour mettre hors
tension.
Pour allumer le rétro-éclairage de l'affichage

Appuyez sur LIGHT. Il s'allumera environ 10 secondes.
