  • Page 3 INSTRUCTIONS 1. Make sure nothing is turned on or plugged into an electrical plug. Remove the main power lead and handpiece connectors from the Swordfish Power Supply Unit. 2. Flip the power supply unit over and remove the sticky feet from the base. Use a flat screwdriver as a lever if necessary.
  • Page 4 3. Flip power supply unit back over. Using a cross head screwdriver, unscrew the 4 corner screws to remove the lid. Set lid aside. 4. Once the lid is removed, place the 4 M4 x 12mm socket head screws (E) down into the holes next to the corner screw holes.
  • Page 5 6. Replace the power supply lid and screw in the 4 screws you removed in step 3. Again, tighten down to properly seal the lid but be careful not to overtighten. 7. Remove the left-hand side protective cap (if not done already) from the base of the power supply.
  • Page 6 8. Place the vacuum unit into the chassis base (B) with the wing nut and bolt in line with the power supply facing forwards. Tighten the wing nut and bolt to keep vacuum unit in place. 9. Replace the main power lead cable into the right-hand side socket of the base of the power supply unit.
  • Page 7 10. Place the Mopec Swordfish into the handpiece holder. Run the handpiece cable counter-clockwise around the back of the vacuum unit and feed it through the handle of the vacuum unit. Connect the cable socket to the top of the power supply unit.
  • Page 8 Once the main power unit is plugged into an electrical outlet, the yellow button on the Mopec Swordfish will control both the oscillation saw and the vacuum unit. When switched off, the vacuum will continue to run for a few seconds to clear any debris in the vacuum hose.
