SAFETY INFORMATION

WARNING
UV disinfection is effective for non-porous surfaces. To enhance user
safety, multiple features are integrated into the SOLARIX, including:
• A sliding switch to activate the ON/OFF button
• Double-click and press-and-hold ON/OFF button actions to
prevent accidental turning ON of UVC-LEDs
• Positional switch that disables the activation of the device below

• Automatic turn OFF after 3 minutes of continuous use
Precautions for Safe Operation
WARNING
Always follow the below instructions while using the device:
Additional Safety Instructions
Avoid UVC exposure to the eyes or skin at any time and from any
distance.
Avoid UVC exposure to people, pets, or plants around you.
Always wear UVC protective eyewear and gloves when using the device.
Keep the device folded with the safety sliding switch in the locked position
to preserve battery life and to prevent accidentally turning ON the UVC
LEDs.
When disinfecting a smooth and bright metallic surface, such as
aluminum, be aware of and take precaution against irradiation by
secondary reflected UV rays from surface
Do not use the device if it may irradiate exposed skin of any person or
pet.
Stop using the device and consult a doctor immediately if
accidental exposure of UV radiation occurs to the eyes and skin.
If disinfecting multiple items, turn device OFF between each object.
Do not use the device where there is risk of water contact.
Visually inspect device before use, making sure device is not damaged.
When finished disinfecting, always turn device OFF.
