    Packing Press 100 P2 5 Functional Description 5.1 Functional description – Packing Press 100 P2 An electric motor drives a hydraulic pump via a strap drive. The press cylinder piston is pushed upwards by the build-up of pressure in the hydraulic system. When the pre-set pressure for pressing has been attained the over- pressure valve opens and the oil that flows out is pressed back into the tank.

If the lifting table won´t rise, vent the pump while the motor is in operation. Loosen the hexagon socket screw (Fig. item 1) at the distributor head and close the hand wheel (Fig. item 2). If you hear knocking sounds or the lifting table rises slowly fix the hexagon socket screw.
