    Minimize hand movement and extreme bending of the wrist while using Alpha’s continuous heart rate. If Alpha cannot detect your heart rate during the FIND period (2 min), it will leave EXERCISE mode and go back to TIME mode. Please refer to the steps above and try again.

    99% accurate. Battery Life The Alpha comes with a USB charger and a full charge takes less than an hour. The battery will last 8-10 hours with constant use of the heart rate monitor (Exercise Mode).
