7. Place a FLAT WASHER over the
protruding screw threads.
8. Screw a LOCK NUT onto the
threads by hand until it stops.
9. Repeat steps 6 through 8 above
for the remaining 3 screws.
10. Firmly tighten 3 of the 4 LOCK
NUTS (do not tighten the nut on
the screw to which you intend to
connect the LANYARD). You will
need a Phillips head screwdriver
and 10 mm wrench to perform this
step.
11. Remove the LOCK NUT from
the remaining screw. Do not
remove the WASHER. Place the
LANYARD eye over the exposed
screw threads. Replace the LOCK
NUT and firmly tighten (Figure 4).
12. Connect the SUPPORT POST to
the SUPPORT BRACKET (FIGURE
5).
13. Line up the hole in the
SUPPORT POST with the hole in
the SUPPORT BRACKET.
14. Re-install and secure the
SAFETY PIN. FILLET BOARD
/ FILLET STATION assembly is
complete.
