ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

TOOLS REQUIRED:
10 mm wrench
Phillips screwdriver
1. Remove the safety pin from the
gimbal pole. (FIGURE 1)
2. Separate the support post and
support bracket.
3. Lay the fillet board upside down on
a flat, level work surface with the open
end of the fillet board is to the front and
the backsplash to the back (FIGURE
2).
4. Set the support bracket onto the fillet
board / fillet station near the holes with
the bracket post facing up. if you plan
to mount the fillet board / fillet station
port, orient the bracket post so that it
points to the right (FIGURE 3).
If you intend to mount the fillet board
/ fillet station starboard, orient the
bracket post so that it points to the left.
5. Line up the holes in the support
bracket with those in the fillet board
/ fillet station. there are three sets of
holes in the support bracket. you can
line up the four center holes or either
set of holes 15 degrees offset from the
center holes. the offset holes let you
better align the fillet board / fillet station
with your boat.
6. Insert an m6 x 40 mm flat head
screw through one hole in the
fillet board / fillet station and the
corresponding hole in the support
bracket.
