Possible cause
The dust bag is full.
The filters are clogged.
The suction power controller is not
at maximum.
The suction power is set too high.

The motor filter or the HEPA filter
is clogged.
The dust bag is full.
The dust bag is not placed or is not
placed correctly.
The batteries are not properly placed

Solution
Remove the full dust bag and place a new one.
Replace the motor filter by a new one or clean the
HEPA filter according to the instructions.
Set the suction power controller to maximum -
Set the suction power to a lower position.
Make sure the brushes are retracted on carpet.
Make sure the brushes are extended on hard floors.
Disconnect the telescopic tube and hose and
unclog them.
Replace the motor filter.
Clean or replace the HEPA filter.
Remove the full dust bag and place a new one.
Place the dust bag (again) according to the
instructions and close the compartment.
Check that the batteries are placed correctly.
Place new batteries.
