Unresponsive Board
Connect the board to a power source as described above. If no LEDs light up on the board
when connected to power please try again using a different micro USB cable. If the problem
persists try a different power source. If the board is still not unresponsive please contact us.
If the board initially worked but at some point the board becomes unresponsive or seems to
be off, unplug it from the power source and plug it back in. Then restart the latest puzzle by
refreshing the page and go through the synchronization process again.
