Not working.
The warming and frothing process stops early.
The indicator light flashes blue.
Milk warms through, but does not froth.
Milk warms through, but does not froth satisfactorily.
The appliance is unusually loud.

Problems / solutions

• Is the appliance plugged in?
• If you start a new warming and frothing process immediately
after finishing a previous one, the process will be completed
much more quickly than usual.
• The appliance has overheated. Disconnect the mains plug
from the wall socket, pour out some of the milk, and switch
on the appliance again. The MAX mark should not be
exceeded.
• Has the frothing attachment been properly fitted onto the
connecting piece at the bottom of the jug?
• Have you used the right frothing attachment?
• Is the frothing attachment or bottom of the jug clogged or
dirty?
• Is there enough milk in the jug?
• Has the frothing attachment been correctly fitted onto the
connecting piece?
• Has the lid been firmly placed on the milk jug?
