DANGER to children and people with reduced
capabilities of operating appliances
• Children must not be allowed to play with the
appliance. Keep the appliance and the mains cord
away from children under the age of 8.
• This appliance can be used by children aged 8 and
over and by persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or a lack of experience and/or
knowledge, provided they are supervised or have
been trained in the safe use of the appliance and
understand the potential dangers.
• Children must not be allowed to clean the appliance
unless they are over 8 years old and supervised.
• Put the milk frother in a place where children cannot
reach it.
• Keep the packaging material out of the reach of
children. There is a risk of suffocation!
DANGER due to electricity
• Never immerse the jug of the milk frother in water
or other liquids. Water must never come into contact
with the electric parts.

Safety warnings

• The base stand, plug and mains cord should not come
into contact with water or other liquids, as there is
otherwise a risk of electric shock. You should there-
fore be careful never to place the appliance in the
vicinity of a washbasin or sink. Do not use the appli-
ance outside or in rooms with high humidity.
• Never touch the appliance, plug or mains cord with
damp hands.
• Only connect the appliance to a properly installed,
fully earthed wall socket with a mains voltage that
matches the "Technical specifications" of the appli-
ance.
• Never leave the milk frother unsupervised while it is
operating.
• Pull the mains plug out of the wall socket...

... before cleaning the appliance.
Always pull on the plug, never on the mains cord.
• The wall socket must be easily accessible so that
you can unplug the appliance quickly if need be.
