Wanco Two-Bearing Belt-Drive Generators Principle of operation 1.2.1 AB- and AR-Series On AB- and AR-Series generators, the generator stator and the main phase output winding have an auxiliary phase winding that is connected to a capacitor. The resultant current flow creates an alternating armature reaction that can be considered the combination of two rotating fields. -
