Troubleshooting Guide
On-Ear - Name not listed correctly in
Bluetooth
Follow this procedure if your On-Ear customized name is not listed correctly in the Bluetooth list
on your iPhone:
1. Use Libratone App to re-name your On-Ear
2. Switch OFF your On-Ear
3. Go to "Settings" and "Bluetooth" on your iPhone
4. Locate your On-Ear (Libratone Q ADAPT O....) in "My Devices" and press the "i" on the right hand
side
5. Press "Forget This Device"
6. Press "Forget This Device" again
7. Switch ON your On-Ear
8. Activate paring mode by long pressing the setup button on the right side of you On-Ear until a
side-to-side signal appears in the Touch Interface
9. Go to "Settings" and "Bluetooth" on your iPhone
10. Now you can press your re-named On-Ear in "Other Devices"
On-Ear - Ears squeezed
At Libratone we do our utmost to find the size that fit most customers.
However - sometimes ears are squeezed during use of our Q Adapt On-Ear.
Try mounting your headphones stretched over some books over night.
That may remove some pressure on your ears.
Don't stretch you earphones to much. You can always add an extra book the following night :)
On-Ear - Volume Control
To turn the volume up, slide your finger around the Nightingale in a clockwise motion.

  • Page 2 Libratone Q Adapt On-Ear is compatible with this nice Apple feature. To activate Siri on your Q Adapt On-Ear, simply press and hold the Touch Interface with two fingers for approx. 5 seconds until music stops and you hear an audio cue from your iOS device.
  • Page 3 Short press the Function button to scroll through the four CityMix™ levels, one at a time. CityMix™ control is also available in Libratone App. Select your Q Adapt On-Ear headphone in SoundSpaces, and slide your finger around the CityMix™ Control Circle to switch between the four CityMix™ levels.
  • Page 4 Use the Touch Interface on your Q Adapt On-Ear headphone to Play, Pause, skip track, activate Hush function, or simply to crank up the volume. You can also answer and end phone calls. Play and Pause Tap the Nightingale using two or more fingers to Pause music. Use the same procedure to Play again.
