FIRST USE Clean the baking stone, and small stoves raclette with a sponge or damp cloth. Rinse and dry. When you plug the unit for the first time a light smoke and odour may be produced. This is normal, the fat used in the manufacture may have spread on the heating resistor and then burns. - Page 9 COOKING STONE OR GRILL Place the apparatus in the middle of the table. Cut the meat into pieces so that everyone can use at will and grilled on the stone or on the grill (depending of the chosen item).
