VIN, Body Serial Number, and Work Order Numbers LA–5 Federal Certification Label The 15-digit Utilimaster Body (or Unit) Serial Number is recorded on the Federal Certification Label. This label is a plastic decal (about 11" long and 2" high) that contains a variety of manufacturing information (including the VIN). -
