Firmly tighten all component parts and pre-assembled parts!
Step 1:
1. Fasten the Stand (53) with the transport
wheels to the front of the Main Frame (69)
(below the Stand). Use 2 wavy washers (49),
2 spring washers (11) and 2 screws (54) for
this.
2. Screw the stand (61) without transport
wheels to the rear part of the main frame
(69) (side with the flywheel). Use 2 waved
washers (49), 2 spring washers (11) and 2
screws (54) here too.
Step 2:
1. Remove the screws and washers that are
pre-assembled on the Main Frame Upright
(69).
2. Slide the Sleeve (17) and the Front Cover
(18) over the Vertical Frame (15).
3. Make sure that the Cable (6) is temporarily
fixed in such a way that it protrudes above
and below and does not fall into the frame
(fix with rubber band / adhesive tape).
4. Connect the two cable plugs and note the
direction of plugging.
5. Push the Vertical Frame (15) onto the
column of the Main Frame (69). You insert
the cable into the frame without jamming it.
Connect the frames with the 6 washers (38
+ 49), 6 spring washers (11) and 6 screws
(16) that you removed in step 1. Use the
curved washers (38 (2 pcs.)) on the curved
frame sides.
