Training will keep our minds and bodies constantly aware of themselves and functioning together, and greater practice will yield greater results. Fitterfirst has a variety of Balance Boards to suit your specific balance training needs and to help you improve your quality of life.
Many of our balance boards are based on a sphere for full pivot and high range of motion (R.O.M.). Soft flooring may develop slight divits from balance board use over time. We recommend using the board on a firm surface or mat to avoid floor damage.
