    MENU OPERATION Press MENU to access top level menus. MENU Repeatedly press the button or use the buttons at the top level to change to next available menu. Press SELECT to enter that menu. Press |< >| buttons to move forward/back selecting items to be changed. Press buttons to change the parameters of the selected item.

USER - Allows the user to set their preference. Various major alerts cannot be disabled as these are crucial to the operation of the NOAA/SAME service.
