Learning Resources Primary Timers Quick Start Manual

Note: Remove clear pull tab before operating.
ON/CLEAR Button – Turn on the display and reset the timer to zero.
START/STOP Button – Begin or end timing. The timer will automatically turn off a few minutes
after timing is stopped.
LAP Button – Freeze timing while timer is still running in the background. Pressing the key again
returns to the running count.
Timer Beep – To activate the 1 beep per minute function, reset the digits to zero by pressing
the ON/CLEAR button. Then, press and hold the LAP button until the screen shows a musical note
icon ( ). Begin the timer by pressing the START/STOP button. A beep will be heard when the timer
reaches 1-minute intervals. To cancel the Timer Beep function stop time, reset the digits to zero by
pressing the ON/CLEAR button, and then press and hold the LAP button until the musical
note icon disappears.
Battery Replacement: The Primary Timer uses a G8-A button cell battery.
To replace battery, unscrew the back of the case and slide the battery out of the holder.

Botón ON/CLEAR: Enciende el monitor y reajusta a cero.
Botón START/STOP: Inicia o termina el cálculo del tiempo. El temporizador se apagará de manera
automática luego de algunos minutos que el tiempo se haya detenido.
Botón LAP: Congela el tiempo mientras el temporizador continúa corriendo. Al presionar la tecla
nuevamente, regresa al conteo.
Alarma del temporizador: Permite activar la función de sonido por minuto y reajustar los dígitos
a cero al presionar el botón ON/CLEAR. Luego, presione y sostenga el botón LAP hasta que la
pantalla muestre un ícono de nota musical ( ). Inicie el temporizador presionando el botón
START/STOP. Se escuchará un sonido cuando el temporizador alcance intervalos de 1 minuto. Para
cancelar la función de Sonido del Temporizador, reajuste los digitos a cero presionando el botón
ON/CLEAR, y luego presione el botón LAP hasta que desaparezca el ícono de la nota musical.
Reeplazo de baterías: El Temporizador Básico utiliza una batería tipo botón G8-A.
Para reemplazar la batería, desatornille la parte posterior de la cubierta y retire la batería del sujetador.
NB : retirer la languette avant utilisation.
Bouton « ON/CLEAR » – permet d'allumer l'écran et de remettre à zéro.
Bouton « START/STOP » – pour lancer ou arrêter le chronométrage. Le chronomètre s'éteint
automatiquement quelques minutes après l'arrêt du chronométrage.
Bouton « LAP » – pour suspendre le chronométrage pendant que le chronomètre continue de
tourner. En rappuyant sur le bouton, le chronométrage reprend.
Bip du chronomètre – pour activer la fonction « bip » par minute, remettre les chiffres à zéro en
appuyant sur le bouton « ON/CLEAR ». Appuyer ensuite sur le bouton « LAP » et le maintenir
