    3. Connections 3-1. AC adapter connection When using the main unit (LX-1000) alone or with a single expansion unit (AU-LX1000EPIO), they can be powered with a single AC adapter. When using two or three expansion units, two AC adapters are necessary. Connect AC adapters as shown in the following illustrations.

To supply power using equipment other than the included AC adapter(s), correctly follow the pin number assign- ments in “5-5. DC IN power input” on page 22.
