Thank you for purchasing ezTalks Meet Pro. This product is the
all-in-one video conferencing device for small rooms integrated with
software, HD camera, speaker, microphone and codes for your confer-
ence rooms with up to 12 people.
Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product for proper
installation and connections.
• The contents of this manual apply to the latest specifications as of the
publishing date.
• Heavy stress, violent vibration or water splash are not allowed during
transportation, storage and installation.
• Please do not attempt to repair, disassemble, or modify the device or

USB ports are designed for USB speakerphones if you want to enhance the audio effect.
3. Place the Meet Pro
a. Place it on top of a TV with its built-in bracket.
b. Set it on a tripod with its tripod socket.
c. Mount it on the wall with the wall mount bracket.

4. Set Up Meet Pro
1) Connect the Cables
Connect the cables to set up Meet Pro:

The HDMI cable
•
The Ethernet cable (If you will use Wi-Fi, please ignore it)
•
The power cable
2) Power On
•
Meet Pro will automatically turn on after connecting the power cable.
•
Long Press the power button for 5 seconds can also turn on/off the device.
