Brought a new charger and when placed on charge the charge light flashes once, then stays a solid red but never charges the battery.

It keeps cutting out then goes for 10 seconds then cuts out. It’s only fairly new and has not had much use. We empty the dust container every use.

The Godfreys i-Vac S10 ULTRA LIGHT PLUS may be cutting out intermittently due to the battery not being inserted or clicked into the machine properly. To fix this, remove the battery and reinsert it until you hear a click, ensuring it is securely in place.
