General Safety Warnings for Power Tools WARNING Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury. Save all warnings and instructions for future reference! The term "power tool" in the warnings refers to your mains-operated (corded) power tool or battery-operated (cordless) power tool. -

General Safety Warnings for Power Tools WARNING - Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are less likely to jam and are easier to control. - Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc. in accordance with these instructions, taking into account the working conditions and the work to be performed. - Page 5 Safety Considerations WARNING 6. Precautions for using the charger/battery WARNING 1. The charger is for exclusive use with REX original products only! - When charging the battery, use the exclusive battery charger only and none other. Never use the charger for any other rechargeable tool or battery. - Page 8 - If either the charger or battery unit does not function properly, do not disassemble to attempt a repair yourself. Always return to the store where you bought them or to a REX distributor for repair. 15. Do not short circuit the battery! - The battery has a very low internal resistance.

If any abnormality arises, stop charging at once! - If you notice any abnormality such as overheating or an unusual smell, stop charging immediately and send the unit for repair. 19. Operation Guide (For RF20S/RT20S) Getting Ready: Main unit Charging the battery 1. Remove the battery from the main unit by pressing the latch on the battery. (Fig. 3) CAUTION Latch - Hold the main unit firmly and remove the battery. -

Latch If you charge outside this range, it may degrade the performance and life of the battery and may even cause a leakage or generate excessive heat. -
