    General Safety Warnings for Power Tools WARNING Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury. Save all warnings and instructions for future reference! The term "power tool" in the warnings refers to your mains-operated (corded) power tool or battery-operated (cordless) power tool.

    General Safety Warnings for Power Tools WARNING - Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are less likely to jam and are easier to control. - Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc. in accordance with these instructions, taking into account the working conditions and the work to be performed.

    Precautions for using the charger/battery WARNING 1. The charger is for exclusive use with REX original products only! - When charging the battery, use the exclusive battery charger only and none other. Never use the charger for any other rechargeable tool or battery.
  • Page 8 - If either the charger or battery unit does not function properly, do not disassemble to attempt a repair yourself. Always return to the store where you bought them or to a REX distributor for repair. 15. Do not short circuit the battery! - The battery has a very low internal resistance.

If any abnormality arises, stop charging at once! - If you notice any abnormality such as overheating or an unusual smell, stop charging immediately and send the unit for repair. 19.
