GUARANTEE

Your JOOP! watch comes with a 24-month guarantee from the date of
purchase. This covers material and manufacturing faults. It does not include
wear parts such as the battery, watch glass and strap, nor does it include
damage caused by improper handling, lack of care or accidents. Improper
use particularly refers to the non-observance of the care instructions and the
indication of watertightness. Please submit the watch together with the com-
pleted guarantee form and proof of purchase to make a claim. In the event that
a claim covered by the guarantee arises, the watch will be repaired. If this is
not possible or uneconomical, you will receive compensation in the form of the
same or a comparable model. In some countries, federal states, or provinces,
the exclusion or limitation of an implied warranty or the limitation of incidental
or consequential damages is not permitted.
