Questions and answers
Why I can't lower the temperature , I try everything. Reset, desconect and still the same
You may not be able to lower the temperature on your Samsung RS265LASH refrigerator due to one or more of the following reasons:
1. Frequent Door Openings or Warm Food: If the doors are opened frequently or warm food is added, the internal temperature rises, and the display may blink. The temperature will return to normal once the unit stabilizes.
2. Improper Power Connection: Ensure the power plug is properly connected.
3. Temperature Control Setting: The temperature control on the display panel may not be set correctly. Try setting it to a lower temperature.
4. Freezer Temperature Too Warm: If the freezer is too warm, it can affect overall cooling. Lower the freezer temperature.
5. Location Issues: If the refrigerator is in direct sunlight, near a heat source, or the back is too close to the wall, cooling efficiency may be reduced.
6. Sensor or PCB Error: If there's a sensor error, the display may blink and stop operation. Check for blinking indicators on the display and perform diagnostics or inspect the PCB.
7. Reset Required: If the temperature does not reset, unplug the fridge, wait 9 minutes, and plug it back in.
Check each of these factors to identify the issue.
