VI. Parameter Settings
A. Digital Temperature Calibration
1. Turn on the power switch, press the
PASS ----", the first " - "flash. Shown as Figure 1.
2. Press the desoldering station increase and decrease button to input the first
password then press the
button for transposing, and repeat the process
above until finishing 4 password then press the * button and display shows
CAL-, " - '' flashing. Shown as Figure 2.
3. Press the desoldering station increase and decrease button display screen
shows"XXX"and "XXX" is the 3 bit value changing from bigger to smaller, is
showed. The display shows "---C " and the hundreds digit" - " flashes when 000
is indicated. Shown as Figure 3.

4. Test the desoldering nozzle temperature with 191 or other similar thermoscope,
press the up and down button to input the testing temperature and then press
the
button for automatic correction of temperature. 3 minutes later, testing
the desoldering nozzle temperature is exist deviation or not, if the measured
temperature is exist deviation, repeat the process until measured temperature
is 300°C and then press the
button to confirm and exit temperature calibration,
the display shows CAL-.
5. Press
button to select and set up other functions if you need. If not, stopping
operation for 6 seconds, program automatic save, confirm and exit function
setting interface. Digital temperature calibration is finished.
Caution for Testing Desoldering Nozzle Temperature:
1. Please do not use circular sensor probe to test the desoldering nozzle
temperature because the round probe fails to fully to contact the
desoldering nozzle and the measured temperature is not correct.
2. The non-stick oxide desoldering nozzle cannot perform digital
temperature correction.
3. Please test the temperature in the environment with less air flow.
4. Please solder the desoldering nozzle first for more accurate measured
temperature when testing the temperature with the thermoscope.
5. Please set the sleeping time to 20 minutes or more to prevent the
machine enter dormancy for the temperature calibration success.
6. Please measure temperature 3 to 5 minutes later after setting a new
temperature to ensure the accuracy of testing temperature.

B. Sleeping Time Settings
1. Turn on the power and press the
for 2 times after inputting password. The display shows " L-- '' and the " -- "
flashes. Shown as Figure 4.
2. Press
button to select and set up other functions if you need. If not, sleeping
time settings is finished after stopping operation for 6 seconds.

C. Auto Shutdown Time Settings
1. Turn on the power and press the
for 3 times after inputting password. The display shows " P01 " and the " 01 "
flashes. Shown as Figure 5.
2. Press the desoldering station increase and decrease button to set the shutdown
time you need, click for 1 minute change , long press for quick settings

button to select and set up other functions if you need. If not, auto
shutdown time settings is finished after stopping operation for 6 seconds.

D. Celsius/Fahrenheit Temperature Display Settings
1. Turn on the power and press the
for 4 times after inputting password. The display shows " C " and the " C "
flashes. Shown as Figure 6.
2. Press the desoldering station increase and decrease button to set Celsius/
Fahrenheit temperature display mode.
3. Press
button to select and set up other functions if you need. If not, Celsius/
Fahrenheit temperature display mode settings is finished after stopping
operation for 6 seconds.
