Using the File Viewer

You can view many Microsoft Office
files using the included File Viewer. This application
allows you to view and print Microsoft Office files.
Compatible applications include Adobe PDF, Word
® ®
PowerPoint , and Excel . Office files must be created
within Microsoft Office 97, 98, 2000, XP, 2003, and
2007.
Note
Office 2007 file extensions such as docx , pptx , and
xlsx are supported. Adobe PDF 1.8 format are also
supported.
To use the File Viewer:
1.
Press
Start > All Programs
2.
Use the navigation key to locate a file to view.
3. Highlight the file and press
