the hazards involved. Children shall not play
with the appliance. Cleaning and user main-
tenance shall not be made by children without
supervision.
2. Children of less than 3 years should be kept
away unless continuously supervised.
3. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8
years shall only swith on/off the appliance pro-
vided that it has been placed or installed in
its intended normal operating position and
they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way
and understand the hazards involved. Children
aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall
not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance
or perform user maintenance.
4. CAUTION – Some parts of this product can
become very hot and cause burns. Particular
attention has to be given where children and
vulnerable people are present.
5. Children should be supervised in order to
ensure that they do not play with the appli-
ance.
6. Connect the appliance only to an AC power
supply with the voltage indicated on the rating
plate.
7. Do not operate this appliance with an external
timer or remote control system.
8. The appliance may never be immersed in water
or other liquids. Keep the appliance dry.
9. Make sure that the lead cable does not touch
hot parts of the appliance.
10. Unroll the lead cable completely to avoid
damage caused by overheating.
11. Always disconnect the lead cable from the wall
socket pulling on the plug, never on the cable.
12. When storing the appliance, never wrap the
lead cable around it in order to avoid dama-
ging the cable.
13. The appliance is intended for domestic use
only, not for commercial use.
14. The appliance is not intended for outdoor use.
