PREPARATION
Lower Press Handle and raise Ram to approximately mid stroke. Use the Lock Pin that came with your Pro
Chucker Press in a vertical orientation, to prop up the Shell Plate Holder Assembly. This allows better access to
perform the next function.

Using a 3/32" hex wrench, remove the 3/32" Button Head Cap Screw (BHCS) that is securing the Station 1 Case
Retaining Spring. You will be re-using the BHCS. Store the Case Retaining Spring with the Pro Chucker powder
measure drop tube parts that are not being used.

Using the same 3/32" hex wrench, loosen the two BHCS and washers from the bottom of the Shell Plate Holder
Assembly. With a few threads still engaged, press up on the BHCS to unseat the Case Feed Ramp from the
casting. Remove the BHCS and Washers and remove the Case Feed Ramp. Store the Case Feed Ramp. The
BHCS and Washers will be re-used.

Remove the Lock Pin that was supporting the Shell Plate Holder Assembly.
INSTALLATION
Using Parts Bag #1, attach the "Cam Plate" to the left side of your Pro Chucker press frame. The top two holes
and the bottom hole will use the Flat Head screws. The second hole from the bottom will use the BHCS to secure
the Flat Spring. NOTE: There is a slight curve to the Flat Spring, the 'backbone' of the bow should be to the right.
Press up on the Flat Spring as you tighten the BHCS.
