Warranty:

Accell USB-C Mini Dock with HDMI 2.0, USB-A 2.0, and USB-C
Charging Port is warranted by Accell Corporation to be free of defects in
material and workmanship for 2 years from date of purchase. In the
event of such defects, the Accell product will be repaired without charge
or, at Accell's option, replaced with a new unit, a like refurbished unit or
a newer model if delivered to Accell Corporation with all shipping and
any duties and import charges prepaid, together with a copy of the
dated sales receipt. Accell reserves the right to refund the products
purchase price. This warranty excludes defects due to normal wear,
abuse, shipping damage, or failure to use the cable in accordance with
the instructions. ACCELL CORPORATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR DAMAGES BASED UPON INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF USE OF
THE CABLE OR OTHER ACCELL PRODUCT, LOSS OF TIME,
INTERRUPTED OPERATION OR COMMERCIAL LOSS, OR ANY
OTHER DAMAGES, WHETHER INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR
OTHERWISE. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you
may have other rights that vary from state to state. Limitation Of
Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL ACCELL CORPORATION, ITS
SUBSIDIARIES OR AFFILIATES,
PARTNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLD-
ERS, REPRESENTATIVES
"ACCELL") BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE,
(INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, USE OR
PROFITS), HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF
CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR
NOT ACCELL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY
SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT ACCELL'S MAXIMUM
LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD BY ACCELL SHALL
NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. SOME JURISDIC-
TIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF
LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT
APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTION'S LAW IS
APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.

The Accell USB-C Mini Dock with HDMI 2.0, USB-A
2.0, and USB-C Charging Port converts the device's
USB-C port to 1 HDMI port and 1 USB-A 2.0 port, and
includes 1 USB-C charging port. This USB-C mini
dock is plug-and-play ready, requiring no additional
software or driver.
