What can I do if my MB12 can't receive notifications?
To enable your MB12 to receive notifications from smartphone, follow the steps
below.
1. Enable the TCL智能手环 app to start automatically once the phone is
powered on.
2. Add the TCL 智能手环 app to the whitelist or protected app list.
3. Turn off any power saving settings which disable the app when the screen
is locked.
4. Go to Settings > Notifications > Notifications access> TCL智能手环 Disable
TCL智能手环 notifications, then enable them again.
5. Restart your smartphone.
