This program will address the most common system problems associated with the A&E Patio Awnings supplied by Dometic
Corporation. Our intent is to provide you with a guideline of checks to make, should you encounter one of the following
symptoms.
Symptom
1. Black adjustment knob will not tighten
2. Main support arm will not extend
3. Awning will not roll up straight
4. Weatherguard wrinkled
5. Fabric does not hang well
6. Must lift arm (s) to open awning
7. Awning arm (s) stay up against side of
coach when trying to open awning
8. Awning will not roll up
9. Awning will not stay in rolled down position
10. Fabric leaks at roller tube
11. Awning stops at guard when rolling up
