To engage the parking brake, rotate the hand brake lever mounted under the handle (A) towards the
ground. The brake pin will extend into, wheel, locking the wheel in place. Rotate the brake handle
upwards to unlock the brake. You can adjust the tension of the brake by turning the level barrel
adjuster (B) counter clockwise to tighten, clockwise to loosen.

MAINTENANCE
To clean, wipe cart with a soft, dry cloth.
Car polish may be used to maintain finish.
Lubricate moving parts every 6 months.

I was given an IQ360 Big Max golf cart for Christmas two plus years ago. The front wheel just came off and the whole wheel assembly fell apart. The screw that holds the pivot gears together for the wheel won't hold.. I can't believe that a cart with such a good reputation would break down so quickly. I take good care of the cart and am not sure what to do. Would appreciate any help you can provide.
