- Page 3 To install the card, carefully align the card's bus connector with the selected PCI Express slot on the motherboard. Push the board down firmly, but gently, until it is well seated. Replace the slot bracket's holding screw to secure the card, then replace the computer cover and reconnect the power cord.
- Page 4 Windows Vista (32-bit) Install the board and boot up Windows. At the Found New Hardware window, click Locate and install driver software (recommended), then click Continue. Click I don't have the disk. Show me other options. Insert the driver CD. Click Browse my computer for driver software.
- Page 5 (Change D: to match your CD/DVD-ROM drive letter). Click Finish. Repeat steps 2-5 to complete the installation. Windows XP (64-bit) Install the board and boot up Windows. At the Found New Hardware Wizard, select No, not this time, click Next. (Skip this step if not prompted) Insert the driver CD, select Install the software automatically (Recommended, then click Next.
- Page 6 Click Continue Anyway, then click Finish. Repeat steps 2-4 to complete the installation. Windows Server 2008 (32-bit) Install the board and boot up Windows. At the Found New Hardware window, click Locate and install driver software (recommended). Insert the driver CD. Click Don't search online.
- Page 7 Type D:, then click Next. (Change D: to match your CD/DVD-ROM drive letter), click Close. Repeat steps 4-6. Click Close to complete the installation. Windows 2000 At the Found New Hardware Wizard, click Next. Select Search for a suitable driver for my device (recommended), then click Next.
- Page 8 Changing Parallel Port Number Some parallel port devices need a specific LPT in order to function properly. If your parallel port device works, do not make any changes. Right click My Computer, click Manage, then click Device Manager. Click on the + (plus sign) in front of Ports (COM & LPT), double click the SIIG CyberPro Parallel port.
