POWER ON ERROR

No display or Not working.
2-3. IC602
1) Check 5.2 VA at L604.
2) If 12 VA is not checked, then find 12 VA at pin3 of IC602.
3) 2) is OK  Replace IC602.

2-4. IC601
1) Check 1.2 VA at L602.
2) If 1.2 VA is not checked, then find 5.2 VA at pin3 of IC601.
3) 2) is OK  Replace IC601.
2-5. IC606
1) Check VCC_3.3 V at L608.
2) If VCC_3.3 V is not checked, then find 3.3 VA at pin1 of IC606.
3) Is the Power control "H"?  Check pin3 of IC606.
4) 2) is OK  Replace IC606, 3) is No  Replace IC502.
