Consulting the calendar
When you access the Calendar menu, the calendar in
Month view appears with today's date indicated by a
blue box.
Selecting a date on the calendar
•
Press [Left] or [Right] to move by day.
•
Press [Up] or [Down] to move by week.
Using calendar options
From the calendar, press <Options> to access the
following options:
•
Add memo: add a new event.
•
Go to date: enter a specific date.
•
View all: access all events. Move to the other
events by pressing [Left] or [Right].
•
Delete day: delete the events stored for the
selected date.
•
Delete all: delete all events stored on the
calendar.
Creating an event
You can store events on the calendar. More than one
event per day can be stored.
1. Select a date on the calendar.
2. Press <Options> and select Add memo.
3. Enter a memo about the event and press <OK>.
4. Select an event type.
5. For Call, enter a phone number you need to dial
and press <OK>.
For Anniversary, skip to step 7.
6. Enter the event time and press <OK>.
7. Press <Yes> to set an alarm for the event.
8. Enter the time for the alarm to ring and press
<OK>.
9. Select an alarm tone.
