MOUNTING AND WIRING INSTRUCTIONS

NOTE: Line art shown may not exactly match the fixture enclosed. However, the installation
instructions do apply to this fixture.
The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable; when the light source reaches its end
of life the whole luminaire shall be replaced.
CAUTION: For fixtures labeled for outdoor and wet location use, provide a water-tight seal
between the fixture and the mounting surface by using silicone or similar caulking.
1. Turn off power at circuit box to avoid possible electric shock.
2. Thread mounting screw (A) into mounting bar (B) and secure the mounting screw (A) by
small hex nut (C) (see fig. 1).
3. Place mounting bar (B) flush against wall at desired mounting location. Using side holes as a
guide, mark where pilot holes are to be drilled.
NOTE: Mounting bar (B) must be level for fixture to hang straight.
4. Inset two plastic anchors (D) into the pilot holes (for drywall wall).
5. Align outside mounting bar holes with plastic anchors (D) (if applicable). Secure mounting
bar (B) into place using wood screws (E).
6. Make an electrical connection by loosening the terminal screws on the terminal block (M)
and inserting the live, neutral and ground terminals.
7. Tighten terminal screws. Make sure there are no stray wires.
8. Place back plate (H) over mounting screws (A) (see fig. 1).
9. Secure into place with washer (G) and cap nuts (I).
10. Removing screw nuts (F) from fixture cover (L) to remove cage shade (J) and glass shade (K),
carefully support the cage shade (J) while removing screw nuts (F) from fixture cover (L),
then remove the glass shade (K).
11. Install lamp (not supplied). (Please do not exceed the maximum capacity recommended on
the socket).
12. Secure the glass shade (K) to fixture cover (L), and secure the cage shade (J) using the screw
nuts (F).
13. Turn power back on at circuit box.
