While viewing a PDF file, use the following tools:
Icon
• When zoomed in on a PDF page, drag the page around to
reposition it on the screen.
• To zoom by a specific percentage, tap Tools > Zoom > To % and
drag the slider to adjust the zoom. Tap OK to return to the
document view.

Fit the document on the screen
Go to the first page in the document
Go to the previous page
Go to the next page
