THIS LUMINAIRE IS INTENDED FOR SURFACE MOUNT ONLY.
1. Remove (4) Housing Screws and depress Spring Clip to open fixture. Lift fixture housing off of the
Hinges, and set aside. (Figure 1)
2. Make necessary holes in back plate gasket included with fixture. Peel adhesive and adhere gasket to
back of Back Plate. Mount fixture Back Plate to wall as needed using surface mounted conduit or
existing junction box. (Figure 2)
3. Hang fixture housing back on hinges.
