ON If you press the button once, the equipment is turned on as the LED is blinking.
OFF To turn off the power, press the button for 3 seconds in the clock screen.
Battery Charging
Place the main unit on the cradle and connect the charging cable.
/ Downloading and Starting the App /
Downloading the App
Install the URBAN Fit App on your smartphone. Please search for
URBAN fit on the Android Play Store or iOS App Store.
Selecting BAND
Select PWB-100 on the initial screen.
Reading Tutorial
When you select the checkbox 'Do not show again' after reading the
tutorial pages, they do not appear anymore.
Signing Up for a Membership
Enter your information and press the OK button to
complete the setting. (User information is to be provided
based on the terms and conditions of the privacy policy.)
/ Bluetooth Connection /
First, turn on the bluetooth of your cellphone
and then turn on the power of the PWB-100.
If you press the band button 3 times consecutively,
a unique 4-digit number appears.
Then select the band which has this 4-digit number from
the device list shown on the band connection screen of
the URBAN Fit.
e.g.) If '84:3A' is indicated after pressing the band button
three times, connect the product which has the
indication '84:3A' as its last 4 digits on the Connect to the
band screen.
/ Device Display /
1. When the device is not connected to the smartphone, the screen will blink and the time
may not be right.
2. Connect your smartphone and device by bluetooth. The device screen does not blink
when the band is connected to the smartphone.
3. The user can check the current steps in the steps screen. Exercise mode can be started
by pressing the button twice on any screen except the heart rate screen.
To end the exercise mode, press and hold the button.
4. On the heart rate screen, measured heart rate values are displayed according to the set period.
Press the button twice on the heart rate screen to start the current heart rate measurement.
/ Settings /
In the top left corner of the Home or Exercise screen, click the "
to access the Settings tab.
1. Unit ‒ You can convert the unit of measurement for the measured data.
2. Notifications ‒ Notifications received through the BAND may be adjusted based on user's convenience.
3. Display clock on wrist rotation (Tilt Motion) - If you set this up, you will see the time automatically
by the rotation of your wrist.
4. Heart Rate monitor in Urban/Exercise mode ‒ You can change the interval upon which your heart rate
is measured when in Urban mode and in Exercise mode. (If you set this interval in real-time while
performing an exercise, the real-time data is not saved as a graph. The heart rate graph is saved every
3 minutes.)
5. Displayed information during Exercise mode ‒ You can specify which items to be displayed on the screen
of the band when you are in Exercise mode. (Exercise time and heart rate are always displayed
regardless of settings)

This automatically checks the sleep index, recovery,
and condition every day.
It stores data such as the number of steps,
the amount of activity by burned up calories, the
heart rate, and the sleeping hours, and the data can
be shared via SNS. You can set up your goals of
number of steps and heart rate, and you receive
notifications when you achieve them.
You can also check the detailed information by hour,
day, week, and month, on the screens for each specific
parameter, which you can access by touching
each item on the Urban Screen.
