- Page 3 Figure 1 Figure 2 REMOVING THE ARM SKIN AND VEINS A. To remove the skin from the arm core, open the shoestring at the top of the arm. B. Remove the inlet and outlet tubes from the arm skin. C. Coat the exterior skin lightly with the lubricant and strip off the skin so that it will be inside out when you finish.

Pour the remaining lubricant into the skin, allowing lubricant to run down the sides (See figure 7.) Squeeze the skin between extended hands.
