Single purpose crimp tool with locator

GENERAL

The Astro Tool Corp. Single Purpose Crimp Tool is

a cycle controlled hand crimping tool. It is a fast,

versatile, manually operated, octadent tool for

crimping contacts with wire barrel sizes 12 thru 20.

The tool is configured for one specific contact and

wire range. The crimp dimension is set at the factory

and the locator is permanently attached. There are no

operator adjustments required. The finished crimp

meets the basic performance requirements of M22520.

Open and close the tool several times and observe

the precision cycle controlled ratchet mechanism. Note

that the tool may not be opened or closed without

completing the cycle.

should be handled as any other precision instrument.
