This Movie Cube has been designed and manufactured in accordance with the safety norms in force. Please read and adhere to the following instructions before using in order to use it correctly and free of risk. Opening the device is dangerous. Do not use the
device near to liquids and never allow liquids to spill onto the device. The device should be cleaned with a dry cloth. Do not place the device close to heat sources (candles, radiators, etc.). Do not tread on the power cable. Use only the accessories recommended
by the manufacturer. Unplug the device when there is a lightening storm or when it is not being used for a long period. Do not shake or drop the device. The input sockets and ori ces have been designed to ventilate the device and prevent it from overheating.
Please do not block these ori ces. Do not move the device around whilst it is plugged in and working. In the event of a fault, please entrust repair to a quali ed technician at the point of sale. Never attempt to repair it yourself, as this may result in further
damage. Any damage arising from this will render the guarantee invalid.

1. MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX is distributed by the company DEXXON DATA MEDIA, a French SAS1 whose address is sis 79, avenue Louis Roche – 92230 Gennevilliers, France (Nanterre Companies and Trade registry number B 405 394 636).
This document is an extract of the General Terms and Conditions of Use (referred to as "TCU") coming into force between DEXXON DATA MEDIA and the User as from the date of their acceptance by the latter when the MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX is used for the rst time and for the whole duration time limit of the MOVIE CUBE THE
TV BOX. The User undertakes to read the TCU fully, which are inter alia available on the website http://www.emtec-international.com/en-eu/ moviecube-thetvbox, and undertakes to abide by them. The TCU may be amended at any time by DEXXON DATA MEDIA. The amendments shall come into force as from the time they
become available online on the MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX and they shall be deemed to be accepted unreservedly by the User after they have become online.
2. The installation and usage of the MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX requires an Internet broadband connection and a PAL television set equipped with an HDMI interface. The installation of the MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX and its activation shall be done in accordance with the enclosed installation notice. DEXXON DATA MEDIA shall not
be held responsible for any consequences linked to an incorrect con guration, installation or activation of the MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX. The support and guarantee conditions applicable to the MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX are set out in the document entitled "Conditions for the return and for the DEXXON guarantee" which can be
found on the following weblink: http://www.emtec-international.com/en-eu/warranty.
3. The use of the MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX is reserved to those over 16 (sixteen) and to minors with prior parental or legal representatives' authorisation. The User shall be solely responsible for gaining access to the MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX and for its use.
4. At the date of these TCU, MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX enables the User to access DVB-T channels available in the User' s region for free and access to a platform made available by Google Inc. and o ering a free or paying connection and access to various connected TV channels services as well as o ering available programs
broadcasted by the Editors and subject to special or speci c conditions set out by Google Inc. and/or said editors.
5. The use of the MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX is made available to the User by DEXXON DATA MEDIA on a "current state" basis accessible in principle 24/7, unless a case of force majeure or an event outside DEXXON DATA MEDIA's control occurs and subject to the service time limits and potential breakdowns. DEXXON DATA MEDIA
shall not be held responsible for any dysfunction, access restraint or bad operative conditions of the MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX which would be due to the computer system or broadband Internet connection of the User or due to congestion of the Internet network. DEXXON DATA MEDIA shall be able to carry out maintenance
operations on the MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX and on its functions and services. The temporary or permanent access breakdown to the MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX or to the Services, in particular in cases of maintenance, shall under no circumstances enable the User to claim damages or compensation.
6. The User undertakes to abide by the legislation in force and in particular not to infringe third party rights (and in particular personality rights and intellectual property rights) and to make sure minors are prevented from accessing any violent or pornographic content (article 227-24 of the [French] Criminal Code).
7. The personal data potentially given to DEXXON DATA MEDIA by the User shall be the object of data processing and shall be kept and hosted by appropriate servers situated in France and belonging to the company Typhon SAS, 68 rue Faubourg Saint-Honoré 75008 Paris, and kept by DEXXON DATA MEDIA for the whole duration
of the MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX usage. Pursuant to the [French] law entitled "IT and Liberties" dated 6 January 1978, the User has the right of access, correction and deletion of the data concerning him via the item on the menu entitled "Contact us" accessible online at the address http://www.emtec-international.com/en-
eu/contact. Pursuant to the provisions of article 6-II of the [French] Law n°2004-575 dated 21 June 2004 DEXXON DATA MEDIA shall retain technical data enabling the identi cation of the Users (in particular connexion data) for a whole year as from the date of registration in particular should there be a judicial authority
requesting it.
8. All the elements and contents relating to the MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX, and in particular its design, technologies, software, graphics, videos, pages, logos, trademarks (and in particular "EMTEC", the logo "EMTEC together with its spiral", "MOVIE CUBE") belong exclusively to DEXXON DATA MEDIA, failing which there may be
legal proceedings issued. The rights granted to the User by DEXXON DATA MEDIA are non-exclusive, strictly personal, non-transferrable and are for private use only within the user's family circle.
9. The User shall, at any time and without incurring any fee, decide to stop using the MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX. DEXXON DATA MEDIA may also unilaterally, at any time and after informing the User to this e ect, interrupt the supply of the MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX without having to pay any indemnity of any kind and/or of any
or part of the contents and services o ered via the MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX. Stopping the use of the MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX, whether wholly or partly, for any reason whatsoever, does not trigger any reimbursement or compensation from DEXXON DATA MEDIA for the bene t of the User.
10. These TCU are governed by French law. In case of dispute regarding the interpretation or enforcement of these TCU and failing an amicable solution between DEXXON DATA MEDIA and the User, the dispute between them shall be subject to the competent jurisdictions.

Au jour des présentes CGU, MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX permet à l'Utilisateur l'accès à titre gratuit aux chaînes de la TNT disponibles dans la région de l'Utilisateur et l'accès à une plateforme proposée par Google Inc. et proposant la connexion et l'accès à titre gratuit ou payant à di érents services et contenus di usés par des
éditeurs et soumis à des conditions particulières ou spéci ques établies par Google Inc. et/ou lesdits éditeurs.
5. L'utilisation de MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX est proposée à l'Utilisateur sur la base d'un service "en l' é tat" et en principe accessible 24h/24, 7j/7, sauf en cas de force majeure ou d'un évènement hors du contrôle de DEXXON DATA MEDIA, et sous réserve des périodes de maintenance et des pannes éventuelles. DEXXON DATA MEDIA
ne pourra être tenue pour responsable d'un dysfonctionnement, d'une impossibilité d'accès ou de mauvaises conditions d'utilisation de MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX du fait du système informatique ou de la connexion Internet de l'Utilisateur, ou de l' e ncombrement du réseau Internet. DEXXON DATA MEDIA pourra procéder à tout
moment à toutes opérations de maintenance de MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX et de ses fonctionnalités et services. Les arrêts ou suspensions d'accès à MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX ou aux Services, notamment pour des cas de maintenance, ne pourront en aucun cas donner lieu à réparation ou indemnisation au pro t de l'Utilisateur. 6.

Conformément à la loi dite "Informatique et Libertés" du 6 janvier 1978, l'Utilisateur dispose d'un droit d'accès, de recti cation et de suppression des données le concernant par le biais de la rubrique "Contactez nous" accessible à l'adresse : http://www.emtec-
international.com/fr-eu/contact. En application de l'article 6-II de la Loi n°2004-575 du 21 juin 2004, DEXXON DATA MEDIA procède à la conservation des données techniques permettant l'identi cation des Utilisateurs (notamment données de connexion) pendant un délai d'un an à compter de leur enregistrement,

L' e nsemble des éléments et contenus relatifs à MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX, et en particulier ses design, technologies, logiciels, visuels, logos, brevets et marques (et notamment "EMTEC", le logo "EMTEC et sa spirale", "MOVIE CUBE"), sont la propriété exclusive de DEXXON DATA MEDIA ou exploités sous licence par DEXXON
DATA MEDIA et ne peuvent être reproduits, utilisés ou représentés sans l'autorisation préalable et écrite de DEXXON DATA MEDIA, sous peine de poursuites judiciaires. Les droits consentis par DEXXON DATA MEDIA à l'Utilisateur sont non exclusifs, strictement personnels, incessibles et à usage privé au sein du cercle de famille.
9. L'Utilisateur peut, à tout moment et sans frais, décider de cesser l'utilisation de MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX. DEXXON DATA MEDIA peut également unilatéralement, à tout moment et après en avoir préalablement informé l'Utilisateur, interrompre sans indemnité d'aucune sorte la fourniture de MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX et/ou
de tout ou partie des contenus ou services proposés depuis MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX. La cessation d'utilisation de MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX, en tout ou partie, pour quelque cause que ce soit, n' e mporte aucun remboursement ni indemnisation au pro t de l'Utilisateur et à la charge de DEXXON DATA MEDIA.
10. Les CGU sont régies par le droit français. En cas de contestation sur leur interprétation ou exécution, et à défaut d'accord amiable entre DEXXON DATA MEDIA et l'Utilisateur, le litige entre ces derniers sera soumis aux juridictions compétentes.

Es peligroso abrir el aparato. No utilice el aparato cerca de líquidos y evite verter líquidos sobre él. Recomendamos limpiar el aparato con un trapo seco. No instale el aparato cerca de fuente de calor (velas, radiadores, etc.). No pise el cable de alimentación.
Utilice únicamente los accesorios recomendados por el fabricante. Desconecte el aparato durante tormentas eléctricas o si no va a utilizarlo durante bastante tiempo. No sacudir ni tirar el aparato. Las entradas y ori cios que incorpora tienen como función
garantizar la ventilación y evitar el sobrecalentamiento del aparato. No los bloquee. No desplace el aparato mientras esté en funcionamiento. En caso de avería, confíe la reparación a un técnico debidamente cuali cado acudiendo a la tienda donde compró

3. El uso de MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX está reservado a las personas físicas mayores de 16 (dieciséis) años y a los menores que dispongan de la autorización previa de sus padres o representantes legales. El Usuario será el único responsable del acceso a MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX y de su uso.

y sometidos a unas condiciones particulares o especí cas establecidas por Google Inc. y/o por dichos editores.
5. DEXXON DATA MEDIA propone al Usuario la utilización de MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX sobre la base de un servicio "tal cual" y en principio accesible 24/24 horas, 7/7 días, salvo en caso de fuerza mayor o de un acontecimiento fuera del control de DEXXON DATA MEDIA, y bajo reserva de periodos de mantenimiento y de averías eventuales.
DEXXON DATA MEDIA no será responsable por un mal funcionamiento, una imposibilidad de acceso o unas condiciones incorrectas de utilización de MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX del hecho del sistema informático o de la conexión Internet del Usuario, o de la sobrecarga de la red Internet. DEXXON DATA MEDIA podrá proceder en todo
momento a operaciones de mantenimiento de MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX y de sus funcionalidades y servicios. Los datos personales eventualmente comunicados por el Usuario a DEXXON DATA MEDIA serán objeto de un tratamiento informático, se almacenarán en los servidores dedicados alojados en Francia por la sociedad Typhon SAS, 68 rue Faubourg Saint-Honoré 75008 París, y DEXXON DATA MEDIA los conservará durante todo
el periodo de utilización de MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX. Conforme a la ley de "Informática y Libertades" de 6 de Enero de 1978, el Usuario dispone de un derecho de acceso, de recti cación y de eliminación de datos que le conciernan a través de la sección "Contáctenos" accesible en la dirección: http://www.emtec-

El conjunto de elementos y contenidos relativos a MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX, y en particular sus diseños, tecnologías, programas informáticos, visuales, logos, patentes y marcas (y principalmente "EMTEC", el logo "EMTEC y su espiral", "MOVIE CUBE"), son de la exclusiva propiedad de DEXXON DATA MEDIA o explotados bajo licencia por
DEXXON DATA MEDIA y no podrán ser reproducidos, utilizados o representados sin la autorización previa y escrita de DEXXON DATA MEDIA, bajo pena de persecución penal. Los derechos consentidos por DEXXON DATA MEDIA al Usuario son no exclusivos, estrictamente personales, inaccesibles y de uso privado dentro del ámbito familiar.
9. El Usuario podrá en todo momento y sin gastos, decidir cesar el uso de MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX. DEXXON DATA MEDIA podrá también individualmente, en todo momento y después de haber informado previamente al Usuario, interrumpir sin indemnización de ningún tipo el suministro de MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX y/o de
todo o parte de sus contenidos o servicios propuestos desde MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX. El cese de uso de MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX, en todo o en parte, por cualquier causa que sea, no conlleva ningún rembolso ni indemnización en bene cio del Usuario y a cargo de DEXXON DATA MEDIA.
10. Las CGU se regirán por el Derecho francés. En caso de disconformidad sobre su interpretación o ejecución, y en defecto de acuerdo amistoso entre DEXXON DATA MEDIA y el Usuario, se someterá el litigio entre estos últimos a los órganos jurisdiccionales competentes.

cavo di alimentazione. Utilizzare unicamente gli accessori consigliati dal produttore. Scollegare il dispositivo in caso di fulmini o inutilizzo prolungato. Non scuotere né far cadere il dispositivo. Gli ingressi e le aperture sono stati progettati per assicurare la
ventilazione e proteggere il dispositivo dal surriscaldamento. Non ostruire le aperture. Non spostare il dispositivo quando è in funzione. In caso di guasto, a dare l'intervento di riparazione a un tecnico quali cato riportandolo presso il rivenditore. Non tentare
mai di riparare personalmente il dispositivo perché si rischia di danneggiarlo. Tali danni annullerebbero la garanzia.

DEXXON DATA MEDIA non potrà essere ritenuta responsabile per malfunzionamento, mancanza di accesso o cattive condizioni d'uso di MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX causate dal sistema informatico o dalla connessione Internet dell'utente, o dalla congestione della rete Internet. 3. Die Nutzung der MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX ist natürlichen Personen über 16 (sechzehn) Jahren und Minderjährigen, die die vorherige Genehmigung ihrer Eltern oder gesetzlichen Vertreter besitzen, vorbehalten. Der Nutzer ist für den Zugri auf die MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX und ihre Nutzung allein haftbar.
4. Ab dem Tag dieser ANB ermöglicht die MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX dem Nutzer den kostenlosen Zugri auf Ketten des DVB-T, die in der Region des Nutzers empfangen werden können, und den Zugri auf eine von Google Inc. angebotene Plattform, über die kostenlos oder kostenp ichtig die Verbindung mit und der Zugri auf verschiedene Dienste und Inhalte,
angeschlossene Fernsehketten oder von den Herausgebern angebotene und verbreitete Programmen angeboten wird, die besonderen oder spezi schen, von Google Inc. und/oder den Herausgebern festgelegten Bedingungen unterliegen.
5. Dem Nutzer wird auf Grundlage eines Dienstes „in der gegenwärtigen Form" und im Prinzip 24 Stunden am Tag, 7 Tage die Woche die Nutzung der MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX geboten, außer im Falle höherer Gewalt oder eines Ereignisses, das nicht im Ein ussbereich von DEXXON DATA MEDIA liegt, und unter Vorbehalt der Wartungsfenster und etwaiger
Störungen. DEXXON DATA MEDIA kann nicht für eine Fehlfunktion, Nichterreichbarkeit oder schlechte Nutzungsbedingungen der MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX aufgrund des IT-Systems oder der Internetverbindung des Nutzers oder einer Überlastung des Internet-Netzwerks haftbar gemacht werden. DEXXON DATA MEDIA kann jederzeit Wartungsarbeiten an der
MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX und ihren Funktionen und Diensten durchführen. Die Beendigung oder Aussetzung des Zugri s auf die MOVIE CUVE THE BOX oder die Dienste, insbesondere aufgrund von Wartungsarbeiten, kann keinesfalls Anlass zu Wiedergutmachungen oder Entschädigungen zugunsten des Nutzers sein.
6. Der Nutzer verp ichtet sich, die geltende Gesetzgebung einzuhalten und insbesondere keine Rechte Dritter (und vor allem keine Persönlichkeitsrechte und geistigen Eigentumsrechte) zu verletzen und den Zugri Minderjähriger auf gewalttägige oder pornographische Inhalte zu verhindern (Artikel 227-24 des französischen Strafgesetzbuchs „Code Pénal").
7. Die gegebenenfalls vom Nutzer an DEXXON DATA MEDIA übermittelten persönlichen Daten werden elektronisch verarbeitet und auf speziellen, in Frankreich von der Gesellschaft Typhon SAS, 68 rue Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris betriebenen Servern gespeichert und von DEXXON DATA MEDIA während der gesamten Nutzungsdauer des MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX
Geräts aufbewahrt. Gemäß dem französischen Datenschutzgesetz „Informatique et Libertés" vom 6. Januar 1978 besitzt der Nutzer ein Recht auf Zugri auf die ihn betre enden Daten über die Rubrik „Kontakt" auf der Internetseite http://www.emtec-international.com/de-eu/contact, auf deren Berichtigung und Löschung. In Anwendung des Artikels 6-II des Gesetzes
Nr. 2004-575 vom 21. Juni 2004 bewahrt DEXXON DATA MEDIA technische Daten, die die Identi zierung der Nutzer erlauben, vor allem bei gerichtlicher Anfrage (insbesondere Verbindungsdaten), während eines Jahres ab ihrer Speicherung auf.
8. 5. A utilização da MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX é proposta ao Utilizador com base num serviço apto e em princípio acessível 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana, salvo em caso de força maior ou de um evento fora do controlo da DEXXON DATA MEDIA, e sob reserva dos períodos de manutenção e eventuais avarias. A DEXXON DATA
MEDIA não poderá ser responsabilizada por um mau funcionamento, por uma impossibilidade de acesso ou por más condições de utilização da MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX devido ao sistema informático ou à ligação à Internet do Utilizador, ou ao congestionamento da rede de Internet. A DEXXON DATA MEDIA poderá proceder a
qualquer momento a qualquer operação de manutenção da MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX e das suas funcionalidades e dos seus serviços. As paragens ou suspensões de acesso à MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX ou aos Serviços, nomeadamente para casos de manutenção, não poderão, em caso algum, originar reparações ou indemnizações
em benefício do Utilizador.
6. O Utilizador compromete-se a respeitar a legislação em vigor e, em particular, a não transgredir os direitos de terceiros (e nomeadamente direitos da personalidade e direitos de propriedade intelectual) e a impedir o acesso de menores a qualquer conteúdo violento ou de caráter pornográ co (artigo 227-24 do Código Penal).

Os dados pessoais eventualmente comunicados pelo Utilizador à DEXXON DATA MEDIA serão objeto de um tratamento informático, serão armazenados em serviços dedicados a alojamento virtual em França pela empresa Typhon SAS, 68 rue Faubourg Saint-Honoré 75008 Paris, e conservados pela DEXXON DATA MEDIA durante toda
a duração de utilização da MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX. Conforme a lei da "Informática e Liberdades" de 6 de Janeiro de 1978, o Utilizador dispõe de um direito de acesso, reti cação e supressão de dados que lhe digam respeito por meio da rubrica "Contacte-nos" acessível pelo endereço: http://www.emtec-international.com/en-eu/contact.
Em aplicação do artigo 6-II da Lei n.° 2004-575 de 21 de Junho de 2004, a DEXXON DATA MEDIA procede à conservação dos dados técnicos que permitem a identi cação dos Utilizadores (nomeadamente dados de ligação) durante o prazo de um ano a contar do seu registo, nomeadamente em caso de requisição judiciária.
8. Os direitos conferidos pela DEXXON DATA MEDIA ao Utilizador são não exclusivos, estritamente pessoais, inacessíveis e de uso privado no seio familiar.
9. O Utilizador pode, a qualquer momento e sem custos, decidir cessar a utilização da sua MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX. A DEXXON DATA MEDIA pode ainda, unilateralmente e a qualquer momento e depois de ter informado o Utilizador previamente, interromper sem indemnização de qualquer tipo o fornecimento da MOVIE CUBE THE TV
BOX e/ou da totalidade ou parte dos conteúdos ou serviços propostos a partir da MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX. A cessação de utilização da MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX, na totalidade ou em parte, por qualquer motivo que seja, não implica qualquer reembolso nem indemnização ao Utilizador e a cargo da DEXXON DATA MEDIA.
10. As CGU são regidas pelo direito francês. Em caso de contestação relacionada com a sua interpretação ou a execução, e à falta de consenso amigável entre a DEXXON DATA MEDIA e o Utilizador, o litígio entre os dois será submetido às jurisdições competentes.

1. Het interactieve kastje MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX wordt gedistribueerd door DEXXON DATA MEDIA SAS gevestigd te 79 avenue Louis Roche 92230 Gennevilliers, Frankrijk (KVK Nanterre B 405 394 636).
Dit document is een uittreksel van de Algemene gebruiksvoorwaarden (hierna ' A GV') die van kracht worden tussen DEXXON DATA MEDIA en gebruiker vanaf de acceptatie hiervan door de gebruiker bij zijn eerste gebruik van de MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX en gedurende de gehele gebruiksduur. Gebruiker verplicht zich om kennis te nemen van de volledige AGV, die met
name te vinden zijn op de website http://www.emtec-international.com/en-eu/ moviecube-thetvbox, en hij verplicht zich deze na te leven. De AGV kunnen door DEXXON DATA MEDIA op elk moment gewijzigd worden. De wijzigingen gaan in vanaf het moment dat ze online gezet zijn op MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX en worden geacht zonder voorbehoud te zijn aanvaard
door gebruiker na het online zetten ervan.
2. Voor de installatie en het gebruik van de MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX zijn een snelle internetverbinding en een televisie met PAL-standaard voorzien van HDMI-aansluiting vereist. De installatie van de MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX en de activering ervan moeten worden uitgevoerd volgens de bijgesloten installatiehandleiding. DEXXON DATA MEDIA kan niet verantwoordelijk
gesteld worden voor de gevolgen van een onjuiste con guratie, installatie of activering van de MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX. De voorwaarden voor hulp en garantie die gelden voor de MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX zijn vermeld in het document "Teruggave- en garantievoorwaarden DEXXON" dat te vinden is op het volgende adres: http://www.emtec-international.com/en-
eu/warranty.
3. Het gebruik van de MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX is voorbehouden aan natuurlijke personen van 16 (zestien) jaar of ouder en aan minderjarigen die vooraf toestemming hebben gekregen van hun ouders of wettelijke vertegenwoordiger. Gebruiker is als enige verantwoordelijk voor de toegang tot de MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX en het gebruik ervan.
4. Op grond van deze AGV stelt de MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX de gebruiker in staat gratis toegang te krijgen tot TNT-zenders die beschikbaar zijn in de regio van gebruiker en toegang tot een door Google Inc. aangeboden platform dat gratis of tegen betaling toegang biedt tot verschillende diensten en inhoud verspreid door de uitgevers en waarvoor bijzondere of
speci eke, door Google Inc. en/of de genoemde uitgevers opgestelde voorwaarden gelden.
5. Het gebruik van de MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX wordt door DEXXON DATA MEDIA aan gebruiker aangeboden op basis van een 'kant en klare' dienst die in principe 24 uur/dag, 7 dagen/week bereikbaar is, behalve in geval van overmacht of een gebeurtenis buiten de macht van DEXXON DATA MEDIA en onder voorbehoud van onderhoudsperioden en eventuele pech.
DEXXON DATA MEDIA kan niet aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor het niet-functioneren, geen toegang kunnen krijgen of slechte gebruiksomstandigheden van de MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX door het computersysteem of de internetverbinding van gebruiker of het op het internet. DEXXON DATA MEDIA kan op elk moment overgaan tot het verrichten van onderhoud aan
de MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX en de functionaliteiten en diensten daarvan. Het stopzetten of opschorten van de toegang tot de MOVIE CUB THE BOX of de diensten, met name voor onderhoud, kunnen in geen geval aanleiding zijn voor een schadevergoeding aan gebruiker.
6. Gebruiker verplicht zich de geldende wetgeving na te leven en in het bijzonder om geen inbreuk te maken op rechten van derden (en met name persoonlijkheidsrechten en intellectuele eigendomsrechten) en te verhinderen dat minderjarigen toegang krijgen tot gewelddadige inhoud of inhoud van pornogra sche aard (artikel 227-24 van de Code Pénal (Frans
wetboek van strafrecht).
7. De eventueel door gebruiker aan DEXXON DATA MEDIA verstrekte persoonlijke gegevens zullen verwerkt worden in een computersysteem, opgeslagen worden op speciale servers die in Frankrijk gehost worden door Typhon SAS, 68 rue Faubourg Saint-Honoré 75008 Parijs, en door DEXXON DATA MEDIA bewaard worden gedurende de gehele gebruiksduur van de
MOVIE CUBE THE TV BOX. Overeenkomstig de zogenaam
