sriracha
chicken wings
Ingredients:
8-10 chicken wing pieces,
1 tbsp soy sauce
mixture of flats and drumettes
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp grape seed or
1 ½ tbsp honey
vegetable oil
2 tbsp scallion greens, thin sliced
1 tsp sea or kosher salt
¼ cup sriracha
Directions:
1.
Preheat the Chef Series Air Fryer to 360°F.
2.
Pat dry excess moisture on the wings with paper towel, toss the dried wings
with the oil and salt.
3.
Place just the drumettes in the Crisper Basket of the Air Fryer and set the
Timer Dial for 25 minutes. Cook for 5 minutes and then add the wing flats in a
single layer in the Crisper Basket. Cook for the remaining 20 minutes.
4.
While the chicken is cooking, add the sriracha, soy, butter and honey in a
small pot over low heat. Whisk ingredients together until the honey has
dissolved and the butter has melted, and reduce heat to low to keep warm.
5.
Toss the wings in a bowl with the glaze, garnish with sliced scallions and serve
immediately.
