Questions and answers
I **** following your instructions. The unit plays the light flashes but when I then press the volume button then the transmitter I do not get the two buzzes. The transmitter lights up so guess the battery is ok. I have just received the unit new and have removed the strip from the transmitter.
If your Bergstrom H020 unit plays music and flashes lights but does not buzz when pressing the volume button, try the following steps:
1. Ensure the receiver is properly plugged in and powered.
2. Check that the transmitter battery (12V 23A) is correctly installed.
3. Attempt to re-pair the transmitter and receiver by pressing the Volume button on the receiver for 5 seconds until the music stops and the LED stops flashing, then press the Bell Button on the transmitter.
4. If the issue persists, adjust the distance between the transmitter and receiver (must be within 30 meters).
5. Inspect for defects or damage, and do not use if defects are found.
If the problem continues, the unit may be faulty.
