The Helios Rotary Pen has a 0 - 2.5mm stepless adjust. This means you are in
complete control of the needle depth. You can use this machine as a liner or a shader,
but keep in mind this is considered a short-stroke machine, best suited for black and
gray, shading, soft color, and fine line/detail work. Simply turn the needle adjustment
dial on the lower portion of the machine shaft until you have reached the desired needle
depth for your intended application. The desired needle depth may vary depending on
certain factors, such as style of tattooing, or skin type of the client.
When finished tattooing, remove the cartridge by turning it counter-clockwise, and
properly disposing it in a sharps container. Please make sure the machine is switched
off before removing the cartridge.
