2012 – 2015 Toyota Tacoma Factory Fog Light Bucket

Factory Fog Light Bucket (2012-2015)
Factory Fog Light Removal Instructions:
1. You should have already unplugged the power wires from the fog lights prior to the removal of the bumper skin
from the vehicle. If you have not disconnected the wires, do so now.
2. There are four (4) tabs on each light. On each light, remove the two (2) Philips head screws positioned on the side
that corresponds to the outside of the vehicle. (FIGURE 1)
3. After removing the Phillips head screws pull the light away from the bumper skin on the back side (the same side
you accessed the screws from). The lights should rock away from the screw points and the second set of tabs will
release from the retaining slots. (FIGURE 2)

Light Bucket and Fog Light Assembly:
1. There is a Right and Left Light Bucket
provided because of the offset mounting
tabs on one side of each light. Begin by
determining the correct Fog light for each
bucket by looking at the offset fog light
mounting studs in the Light Bucket, and
pairing it with the correct fog light
according to the offset mounting holes of
the light. (FIGURE 3)
2. Carefully place a fog light into its corresponding Light Bucket through the opening in the back taking care not to
scratch the clear lens of the light (follow the steps below and see FIGURE 4).
