2.5 Proper use ● The power supply packs are used exclusively to provide a voltage supply to the electronic drive units of Pfeiffer Vacuum vacuum pumps and their accessories. 2.6 Foreseeable misuse Improper use of the product invalidates all warranty and liability claims.
