1. Wear protective goggles.
2. Do not use damaged wheels or wheels in poor condition.
3. Do not use wheels that need to be dressed.
4. The spark guard rest must to be adjusted frequently so as to make up for grinding wheel wear.
The distance between the base of the spark guard rest and the wheel must be as small as possible,
and in no case greater than 2 mm.
5. Adjust the work piece holding device gradually so as to make up for grinding wheel wear. The
distance between the work piece holding device and the wheel must be as small as possible, and in
no case greater than 2 mm.
6. If necessary, connect the dust collecting system provided.
7. Regularly check the limit thickness value, which may be crossed due to wearing of the work piece
holding devices.
8. Change the grinding wheels when the work piece holding device is at the maximum, or over 2
mm.
