MODIFICATION NOTES:
Potentiometers to be adjusted to middle of adjustment range.

CAUTION Note diode direction on printed circuit board.
Damage to components or electrical
system may result if improperly installed.

Solder connections to be made with SN63 solder using soldering iron with maximum tip temper-
ature of 600°F.
4.
Clean solder connections immediately after soldering with stiff bristle (non-metallic) brush and
small amounts of trichlorethane-1, 1, 1 using care to avoid removal at markings on components.
If an autopilot is to be installed, items 97, 98 & 99 must be installed as shown in order to
complete autopilot system.
NOTE
After item 183 has been installed and circuit board assy is cleaned,
punch out indented hole on top surface of CLARE RELAYS.
If the second XMTR is to be a SUNAIR (ASB-125) SSB HF XCVR, a 22 GA jumper wire must be
added to the XMTR SELECTOR SWITCH as shown.
If a DME is to be installed, item 91 (SPKR/PHN SELECTOR SWITCH) must be added to the
P/C board.
